PP Filler masterbatch
PP FILLER MASTERBATCH produced by twin-screw extrusion machine, automatic material weighting system and mixing process strictly controlled by QC team to provide the consistent quality, excellent dispersion and reached the lowest threshold of humidity.
Application :
Raffia sack (Woven bags): The product is used for reducing costs, increasing mechanical properties and the whiteness of PP yarns. PP filler masterbatch is divided into 3 segments as following:
Low speed extrusion machine
(<350rqm):
This grade used for common woven fiber, cheap grade and not require high elongation. The speed of extrusion machine is bellow 350rqm. This grade has good dispersion ability, cheap price and high whiteness.
Medium extrusion speed
(350-400rqm):
This grade used for woven sack with medium speed of extrusion machine, it’s about 350rqm to 380rqm. It ensures the good dispersion, high whiteness and elongation of fiber.
High speed type
(>400rqm)
It’s outstanding and dedicated product for high-speed about 450 – 500rqm and low denier (thin yarn). It must be good dispersion requirements, very fast melting in the base resin, high whiteness and increased bearing pressure for yarn.
Other applications:
- PP coating: PP filler need to use Calcium carbonate powder with high whiteness and fineness, good dispersion ability and high utilization rate.
- PP non-woven fabric: Using high-dispersion, high-MFI , saving cost, increasing mechanical properties and whiteness for the final product.
- PP injection mold: Use for PP injection molding products such as chairs, buckets…, extrusion sheets which need smoothly and glossy surface.
- PP Film: Used for blowing PP bags (blowing film) and PP film (casting film), lamination film.
Mixing ratio: 5-60%
CaCO3 ratio: 65-85%

Depending on the L / C payment method, we can produce the deposit within 3-7 days from the date of receiving the deposit or original L / C.
